Legacy Silverton Medical Center serves the heart of the Willamette Valley with a wide mix of services, many not typically available in a community hospital: CT scan (computerized tomography), nuclear medicine, echocardiography, family birth center and much more.
ResponsibilitiesPerforms mammography procedures according to physician's orders, or screening guidelines, utilizing knowledge and judgment in regard to exposure factors, imaging technique, and patient care. Demonstrates proficiency in the field of Mammography.
QualificationsEducation:Graduate of certified Radiologic Technology school or program.
Experience:At least one-year previous experience in General Radiology. Mammography experience preferred. Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions.

Must meet MQSA requirements for mammographers. A.R.R.T. registration in Radiology and Mammography required.
