About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable, hands‑on team player to join our busy warehouse. This role focuses on day‑to‑day warehouse operations and accurate stock management, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Serve customers who order on site or call in.
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders.
  • Computer entry of packing slips, cash sales dockets.
  • Receive, check, and put away incoming stock.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through stocktakes and cycle counts.
  • Order stock for the site as cycle set.
  • Operate forklifts (training provided if needed).
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe.
  • Hours:

    Monday–Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (40 hrs/week).
Qualifications
  • Experience in warehousing, dispatch, or stock handling.
  • Experience in customer service (preferred).
  • Forklift experience (preferred).
  • Class 2 driver licence is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Reliable, hands‑on approach and a strong focus on safety.
  • Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks.
  • Positive team attitude and good attention to detail.
  • Basic computer confidence, with training provided on our systems.
  • Flexible to support all warehouse tasks.
