Work Schedule: Full‑time

Compensation: $36.28 – $36.28/hour

• Operate heavy vehicles, including tractor/trailer combinations, for personnel and cargo transport.
• Deliver cargo and vehicles, including HAZMAT and oversized loads, ensuring proper load security.
• Perform pre‑trip inspections, preventive maintenance, and fueling of vehicles.
• Maintain accurate trip logs and clear communication with customers.
• Support motor pool operations, including medium truck and bus driving as needed.
• Uphold safety, compliance, and professional appearance at all times.

• High school diploma/GED required.
• CDL Class A required; HAZMAT and passenger endorsement preferred.
• TWIC preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Valid U.S. Government Motor Vehicle Operator’s Identification Card required.
• Current or ability to obtain Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Card) before hire.

• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
• Must reach, kneel, walk, stand, and perform repetitive motions for several hours.
• Standing or sitting for extended periods, climbing in/out of vehicle, stairs, and other physical tasks may be required.
• Must persevere under pressure for extended periods.

• Valid state driver’s license with ability to obtain/maintain Tessera’s insurance coverage.
• Real‑ driver’s license, U.S. passport, or military  for federal installation access.
• Ability to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access. Background check and E‑Verify will be conducted.
