Compensation: $32.78 – $32.78/hr

• Follow industrial safety guidelines, apply safety training, and promote a safe workplace culture at all times.
• Operate tractors with semi‑trailers, full trailers, trucks with dolly converters, fuel tankers, and specialized vehicles such as fuel tankers; transport heavy construction equipment, overweight and oversized loads.
• Provide medium trucking service for trucks less than 24,000 lbs.
• Perform preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Ensure that equipment is fully operational before each shift.
• Clean the vehicle and service the vehicle with fuel.
• Keep accurate trip logs.
• Maintain radio or telephone contact with a base or supervisor for instructions.
• Keep records of materials and products transported.
• Secure cargo for transportation.
• Assist in the warehouse for the receiving, stocking or issuing section.
• Position may require call‑back availability based on operational needs.

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 3–5 years’ experience operating heavy‑vehicle equipment.
• Valid U.S. Government Motor Vehicle Operator’s Identification Card.
• Current or obtainable Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Card) before hire.

• Ability to lift/move up to 70 pounds.
• May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and repeat motions for several hours.
• Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, walking; standing or sitting for extended periods, and climbing in/out of a vehicle and stairs.
• Perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods.

• Valid state driver’s license with ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance.
