Work Schedule:

Full-time.
Compensation: $38.00-$38.00/hr.

• Painting, carpentry, siding repairs/replacement, glass replacement in doors and windows, minor plumbing, masonry, concrete repairs, and minor electrical work. Clean roof drains and gutters.
• Replacing electrical receptacles and switches, fixtures, and bathroom exhaust fan motors.
• Using plaster or compound to patch minor holes and cracks in walls or ceilings.
• Repairing or replacing sinks, water coolers, and toilets; caulking plumbing kitchen fixtures.
• Communicating directly with the customer and supervisors, informing customers of unexpected or additional repairs and determining customer needs.
• Responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Ensuring completed work meets quality control standards.
• Using portable handheld electronic devices to manage work.
• Diagnosing issues and suggesting solutions and repairs to customers and supervisors.
• Communicating with the scheduler to update repair status and estimate completion dates.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of closely related experience.
• Knowledge of painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work preferred.
• Ability to learn a wide variety of building and ground maintenance tasks.
• Ability to perform heavy manual labor for extended periods, occasionally in adverse weather conditions.

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
• Requires reaching, kneeling, walking, standing, and repetitive motion for several hours at a time.
• Work may involve repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, walking, standing or sitting for hours, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and stairs.
• Perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods.

• Valid state driver’s license required and ability to maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance.
• Access to a federal military installation requires a REAL ‑compliant driver’s license or acceptable alternative, such as a U.S. passport or military , in accordance with the REAL .
• Must obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access. A background check and E‑Verify will be conducted.
