Are you energetic, outgoing, and ready to grow with an exciting new property-related business?

We're on the lookout for a Sales & Marketing Support Executive to join our team full-time at our beautiful office in Silverdale, on the stunning Hibiscus Coast.

What you’ll do:

• Support day-to-day sales and marketing operations

• Coordinate and communicate with clients and prospects, providing timely updates and assistance

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover and follow-up of leads

• Assist with campaign planning, lead generation, and CRM management

• Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, etc.)

• Contribute to digital marketing activities (EDMs, content creation, basic design work)

• Help organise events, launches, and promotional activities

• Provide general administrative and project support as required

What we're looking for:

• A proactive and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with people

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Confidence in handling customer interactions across email, phone, and in person

• Experience in digital marketing and social media (Meta Ads, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.)

• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaboration

• A willingness to learn and grow with the business

• Bonus: any background in property, real estate, or marketing
