Your work will make an impact and support how our organization serves the best customer – our Military patrons and their families.

• Proactively engages, connects and listens to customers by asking questions to determine customers’ needs.
• Directs customers to merchandise; informs them about upcoming events, promotions, mobile offers, STAR card promotions all while providing premier customer service.
• Maintains store appearance.
• Uses a Point‑of‑Sales system, processes cash exchanges, discounts, gift cards, credit cards, debit cards (cash handling) including counting money and returning accurate amounts to customers.

• Must possess the knowledge and skills necessary to perform job duties.
• Must pass a pre‑employment criminal background check.
• Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
