Your role as a Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora fan. You will deliver a world‑class experience, surpass sales goals, and continually find innovative ways to engage and attract our fans.

• Deliver exceptional fan experiences and support store operations during peak hours (evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, and product launches).
• Build genuine connections with fans, providing product knowledge and inspiring style.
• Create an unforgettable shopping moment that exceeds expectations.
• Uphold merchandising and operational standards for a smooth, on‑brand operation.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include periods with few or no hours and increased availability during peak times.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Results‑oriented seller with a proven track record.
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills that show care.
• Charm and captivate customers, connecting with people at all levels.
• Minimum age 18, with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and punctuality.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to handle a schedule ranging from 4 hrs/month to 12 hrs/week.
• Reliability to step in during high‑traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.

WA: $17.00 – $18.50 per hour (commensurate with experience).
