• Welcome guests warmly and assist with menu enquiries in a knowledgeable and friendly way
• Take orders, serve food, and prepare drinks with a smile.
• Ensure tables are ready with cutlery, condiments, and other essentials.
• Maintain clean and tidy bar and restaurant areas at all times.
• Replenish stock and ensure display cabinets look inviting
• Operate tills and handle payments accurately.
• Assist the team with ad‑hoc tasks as needed to support smooth daily operations.
