This hands-on leadership role is responsible for the safeand efficient running of the night shift, delivering production plans, and maintaining high standards across quality, food safety, and performance. You’llbe visible on the floor, supporting your team and managing issues in real time.

You’re a practical, confident people leader with experience in manufacturing or FMCG. You lead with safety front of mind, communicate clearly, and stay calm and solutions-focused under pressure.

• 2– 4 Years’ experience supervising or leading teams in manufacturing orFMCG
• Strong understanding of health & safety and food production standards
• Abilityto run night shift operations end to end
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Relevant qualification in management or manufacturing
• Sounddecision-making ability, particularly under pressure
