• Supervise the daily activities of the maintenance team, including scheduling and delegating tasks.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other critical building systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage and coordinate mechanical maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company safety policies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections.

• An associate's degree is required.
• 3-5 years of experience (Combination of experience and education will be considered).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and other mechanical systems.
• Excellent leadership, organizational skills, and communication skills.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
