** Compensation:** $115,350-$121,832/annually (Tessera's compensation strategy is to position new employees between the minimum and midpoint of this range, depending on qualifications and experience.)

The Electrical Supervisor’s primary duty and responsibility is to supervise the total work effort associated with operation, sustainment, restoration, and modernization of the facility electrical systems and components.  The Electrical Supervisor should possess in-depth knowledge of electrical systems, components, and relevant codes and regulations and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex electrical issues.

** Typical duties include but are not limited to:
** Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of electricians, delegating tasks, and providing technical guidance.

Diagnosing and resolving electrical issues often requires advanced technical skills.

* Qualifications:

** Equivalent combination of experience and education accepted. Possessing in-depth knowledge of electrical systems components, and relevant codes and regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex electrical issues.

** Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance. The physical demands of this position may be reasonably accommodated for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions on a case-by-case basis.  May be required to reach, kneel, walk, crawl, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.
** Requirements:
** A valid state driver’s license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance.
