** Tessera is seeking a proficient and knowledgeable Grounds/Structural Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll oversee the upkeep and maintenance of grounds, buildings, and structures, ensuring they remain safe, functional, and compliant. You will lead maintenance crews, coordinate repair projects, and make sure all work meets quality and contract requirements.

** Typical duties include but are not limited to:
** Contract Management:
Understands and manages contract requirements; briefs customers and resolves issues.

* Qualifications:

** 0-3 Years experience in facilities maintenance. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Knowledge of painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, roofing systems, and electrical work.

Ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time, occasionally in adverse weather.  Ability to lead a team of trade professionals.  Experience in all areas of general contracting/maintenance preferred.  Ability to work in a variety of different environments, including inclement weather and high places.
