** Compensation:** $115,450-$121,824 (HMG's compensation strategy is to position new employees between the minimum and midpoint of this range, depending on qualifications and experience.)

HMG is seeking a knowledgeable and safety-driven Crane and Vertical Transport Equipment (VTE) Supervisor. The Supervisor oversees operations involving cranes and other heavy lifting or specialized transport equipment, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient lifting activities across all work sites.
** Typical duties include but are not limited to:*

* Qualifications:

** 3-5 years' experience in crane operating. Significant experience as a crane operator, rigger, or in a related field involving heavy equipment.

Strong leadership skills, the ability to direct and coordinate a team, and excellent communication abilities are critical.

** Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance. The physical demands of this position may be reasonably accommodated for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions on a case-by-case basis.  May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.

Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking. Standing or sitting for several hours at a time, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and up and down stairs may also be required.
