Work Schedule: Full Time

Compensation: $115,350–$121,832 annually (Tessera’s compensation strategy positions new employees between the minimum and midpoint of this range, depending on qualifications and experience.)

Typical Duties
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of employees, delegating tasks and providing technical guidance.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical issues requiring advanced technical skills.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.
  • Supervise repair and maintenance of painted surfaces, fencing, concrete, asphalt, gravel roads, road shoulders, swales, culverts, drainage ditches, and snow removal.
  • Be proactive in identifying problems early before they necessitate greater resources for resolution.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, especially when working with energized equipment.
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee electrical projects, including material procurement and cost estimation.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, generate reports, and communicate effectively with the customer.
Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree in electrical, general, or facility maintenance.
  • 3–5 years in Facility Maintenance.
  • Equivalent combination of experience and education accepted.
  • In‑depth knowledge of electrical system components and relevant codes and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to address complex facility issues.
  • Detail‑oriented to ensure projects are installed correctly and safely.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to reach, kneel, walk, crawl, stand, and perform repetitive motion for extended periods.
  • Ability to stand or sit for several hours at a time, climb in and out of vehicles, and use stairs.
  • Perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods.
Requirements
  • Valid state driver’s license; ability to obtain and maintain Tessera’s insurance coverage.
  • Access to a federal military installation requires a REAL ‑compliant driver’s license, U.S. passport, or military , as required by the REAL .
  • Must obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access. A background check and E‑Verify will be conducted.
