Tessera is seeking a skilled Direct Digital Controls (DDC) Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building automation and control systems at Naval Base Kitsap, Bangor.

This role is critical to ensuring reliable facility operations, system efficiency, and compliance with safety and performance standards. The DDC Technician will work closely with team members to implement system upgrades, monitor performance, and support energy-saving initiatives while providing technical guidance to staff.
** Typical duties include but are not limited to:
** Installs, programs, and configures direct digital control systems and related equipment.

* Qualifications:

** 0-3 years' experience in Equivalent combination of experience and education allowed

Experience with direct digital controls, building automation systems, or related technology.  Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

** Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance. The physical demands of this position may be reasonably accommodated for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions on a case-by-case basis.  May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.
** Requirements:
** A valid state driver’s license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance.
