Location: Silverdale, WA

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• No weekends, evenings, or holidays

Pay Range: $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience

Peninsula Pain Clinic is located in beautiful Kitsap County, Washington, and has proudly served the Olympic and Kitsap Peninsula communities for over 20 years. We are currently expanding our team and seeking a Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic. In this role, you will be the first and last point of contact for our patients—playing a vital part in creating a supportive, professional, and positive patient experience.

As a Medical Receptionist, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Greet patients and visitors promptly, courteously, and professionally
• Schedule appointments for new and established patients
• Collect co-pays and verify insurance information
• Contact patients regarding no-shows and pre-operative instructions
• Answer phones, screen and direct calls, take messages, and provide information
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation
• Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times
• Perform scanning, filing, and general administrative duties
