Medical Receptionist

Location: Silverdale, WA

Schedule:

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • No weekends, evenings, or holidays

Pay Range: $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience

Peninsula Pain Clinic is located in beautiful Kitsap County, Washington, and has proudly served the Olympic and Kitsap Peninsula communities for over 20 years. As a premier pain management clinic in the region, we are committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly makes a difference in our patients' lives.

We are currently expanding our team and seeking a Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic. In this role, you will be the first and last point of contact for our patients—playing a vital part in creating a supportive, professional, and positive patient experience.

Position Responsibilities

As a Medical Receptionist, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Greet patients and visitors promptly, courteously, and professionally
  • Schedule appointments for new and established patients
  • Collect co-pays and verify insurance information
  • Contact patients regarding no-shows and pre-operative instructions
  • Answer phones, screen and direct calls, take messages, and provide information
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times
  • Perform scanning, filing, and general administrative duties
