Position SummaryThe Ophthalmic Photographer/Technician is responsible and accountable for providing diagnostic testing and procedures, physician assistance, patient education and appointment scheduling for Ophthalmology and dermatology outpatient procedures.
Qualifications- Completion of Ophthalmic Technician or Ophthalmic Assistant training and certification as a Certified Ophthalmic Technician or Certified Ophthalmic Assistant Certification must be maintained through continuing education
- Must obtain MA-R within 60 days of hire
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum two (2) years of experience as a Certified Ophthalmic Technician or Certified Ophthalmic Assistant
- Pediatric experience

Pay and Benefits:
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. The pay scale is $27.78 - $45.92 USD, with variation based on factors such as skill set, experience, and certifications/education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will reflect the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
