Overview
Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, a part of the Pacific Northwest Division of Common Spirit, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join our team in Silverdale, WA. This is a full-time position hael Medical Center in Silverdale.
Responsibilities- Join an existing practice based hael Medical Center in Silverdale, WA with a wide variety of general urology cases.
- Clinic, rounding, and operating room coverage; call schedule is 1:7.
- Collaborate as part of a collegial team with strong patient and customer service skills.
- Use advanced laparoscopic equipment including Da Vinci Xi; robots on site for cases if needed.
Two-year salary guarantee over $600,000 with potential to earn more on a wRVU model; retention bonus. Great income potential above 75th percentile benchmarks. Comprehensive benefits include health, dental, vision, malpractice coverage, CME, time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match. Relocation assistance and starting bonus are available.

- WA state licensure
St. Michael Medical Center in Silverdale, WA. The 336-bed facility is a Level III trauma center located in Silverdale. The campus opened in 2020 and features state-of-the-art technology and ecological design. There are robots on site for cases if needed.
Pay Range$424,445 - $648,898 / year
