Urologist Opportunity – Silverdale, WA. Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, part of the Pacific Northwest Division of Common Spirit, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join our team in Silverdale, WA. This is a full‑time position based hael Medical Center in Silverdale. St. Michael’s is a 386 bed, Level III trauma center with a new campus opened in 2020 that features state of the art technology and ecological design.

There are robotic capabilities on site for cases if needed. Applicants should be interested in a wide variety of general urology cases and in clinic, rounding, and OR work. Fellowship training is welcome. The call schedule is 1:7. The successful candidate will be a collegial team player with strong patient and customer service skills and will join a high energy, hardworking, tight knit team that creates a supportive and fun work environment.

The position is located hael Medical Center in Kitsap County, on the Peninsula with access to outdoor activities and nearby Seattle. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered, including health, dental, vision, full malpractice coverage, CME, vacation and sick time, and a 401(k) plan with employer match. Relocation assistance and starting bonus are available.

Compensation range of $461,435 - $680,572 is a reasonable estimate and reflects what Common Spirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Common Spirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

$204.06 - $311.97 per hour

Requirements include:

• Medical Degree
• Board Certification/Board Eligible Urology
• NPI, Washington State Medical License, and DEA in good standing with no restrictions
• Stable work history with excellent clinical outcomes
• Demonstrated support of the system's values
