We are seeking a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer who enjoys solving problems independently, communicates technical concepts clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role involves building, scaling, and maintaining complex web and back-end applications within a Microsoft technology stack. The ideal candidate has strong full-stack expertise, a proactive mindset, and experience working with sensitive data in compliance with data privacy and security standards.

• Experience or knowledge of: data access controls, secure development practices, or managing data lifecycle
  • Especially anything that touches on personally identifiable information (PII), user consent, or regulatory compliance (like GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
• Example: if you’ve implemented role-based access controls (RBAC) to restrict sensitive data access, built automated archival or data retention workflows, or integrated security checks into CI/CD pipelines. Experience with encrypting data, handling DSARs, or working with tools like One Trust, Trust Arc, or custom privacy dashboards also

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive web applications and services
• Build and support RESTful APIs and integrations across platforms
• Collaborate with BAs, PMs, and developers to manage requests and deliverables
• Produce technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and specifications
• Participate in code reviews, demos, and team knowledge-sharing
• Ensure solutions align with data privacy, security, and compliance requirements
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft technologies
• Expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET5+, Entity Framework
• Strong RESTful API development and integration skills
• Experience applying data privacy best practices (e.g., encryption, secure coding, GDPR/CCPA considerations)
• Solid understanding of architectural patterns (MVC, MVVM, MVM)
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Experience creating architectural diagrams (UML, BPMN)
