This full-time, on-site position for an AAADM certified Locksmith is based in Silver Spring, MD. The role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of advanced locking systems, door hardware, and access control devices. Daily tasks will include diagnosing and resolving hardware issues, performing welding and millwork as needed, and ensuring compliance with safety and industry regulations. The locksmith will also collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service to both new and returning clients.

• Proficiency in Locksmithing, with hands-on experience in handling and installing various locking mechanisms
• Maintenance and Repair skills for door hardware, locking systems, and access control devices
• Basic knowledge of Welding for fixing or adjusting metal components when necessary
• Experience in Millwork, including the ability to modify and install door frames or related components
• AAADM certification is required
• Strong problem-solving abilities and commitment to workplace safety
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant technical training or certification is a plus
