Location:
Silver Spring, MD 20910
Schedule: 8-hour shifts Monday-Friday, on-call rotation
What You'll Do
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
- Diagnose issues and deliver effective, professional solutions
- Communicate clearly with homeowners
- Follow all safety codes and company procedures
- Maintain accurate service records and material usage
- Work independently and collaborate with the team when needed
- Minimally 3 years of residential service plumbing experience (Journeyman preferred)
- WSSC-Licensed Journeyman or Master Gas Fitter or Plumber Preferred or Willing to obtain License
- Strong technical knowledge of plumbing and gas systems and tools
- Strong communication with homeowners
- Accurate equipment/service recordkeeping
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A valid driver's license, clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check
- $40-$50/hr. (Based on skills, license, and experience) plus commissions!
