The Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is seeking a qualified and trained Technical Writer for a role in an engineering support services program for U.S. Army customers at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. The Technical Writer is responsible for writing, editing, proofreading and/or providing writing support for internal and external stakeholders to bring about the successful completion of the CYBERTRON program goals and objectives.

The CYBERTRON program delivers highly skilled engineering services to the U.S. Army C5

ISR Center in their mission of cybersecurity research and development and cryptographic modernization.

• Develops content for various communication delivery vehicles including press releases, video scripts, regulatory filing statements and employee emails.
• Evaluates and edits content to determine appropriate syntax, style, grammatical usage and tone for effective communication delivery and reception that aligns with company vision and business objective.
• Works under supervision to achieve day-to-day objectives.

• Must be a US Citizen and possess a Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
• Appropriate DoD 8750 certification (Security+ or higher).

• Eligible for TS / SCI.
• Experience supporting Army programs.
