The Inside Sales Representative will sell Dulles Glass products and services effectively by demonstrating professionalism, enthusiasm, and positive customer interactions, while focusing on exceeding customer expectations.

• Meet customer expectations and ensure satisfaction by understanding products and services, probing customer needs, and addressing questions.
• Answer incoming calls, greet customers, and resolve inquiries promptly and professionally. Make sales leads and follow up with potential and current clients.
• Schedule sales or jobs according to procedures, demonstrating proficiency with the point of sale system.
• Perform daily administrative duties such as billing, deposits, and mail management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required;
  Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in retail sales is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Company training will be provided.
• Ability to demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction and product knowledge.
