Vice President of Development – Lead Multi-Million Dollar Real Estate Projects

Are you a seasoned real estate development leader ready to shape the skyline of the DMV? The Redda Group is exclusively retained to identify a Vice President of Development for a premier real estate firm specializing in multifamily, mixed-use, and retail ventures
.

• Lead transformative projects from concept through completion
• Oversee development for a firm with in-house construction, general contracting, and facilities management
• Collaborate with top-tier financial partners, government agencies, and institutional clients
• Direct performance-based growth
  , reporting directly to the President

• 10+ years in multifamily or mixed-use development
• Proven expertise in debt & equity financing, deal structuring, and pro forma modeling
• Strong knowledge of LIHTC, New Market Tax Credits, and Historic Tax Credits
• A strategic, analytical leader with exceptional communication and team leadership skills
• MBA or Master’s in Real Estate strongly preferred

• Own the entire development cycle
  : site acquisition, entitlements, financing, construction, and delivery
• Build strategic partnerships with financial institutions, agencies, and community stakeholders
• Drive leasing and property management initiatives to ensure 95% lease-up success
• Shape the company’s future through innovative investments and development strategies
