A leading aerospace company located in Silver Spring, Maryland, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer I/II to improve manufacturing processes and enhance production efficiency for aerospace components. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and experience in manufacturing work instructions, quality improvements, and KPI analysis. The role includes driving manufacturability and engaging in New Product Implementations, traveling as needed to other facilities.

Competitive salary range of $71,000–$109,000 USD offered.
