Perform preventive maintenance on motors, pneumatic tools, conveyors, and production machines;
Troubleshoot malfunctions and diagnose mechanical/electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic issues;
Complete PMs and corrective maintenance work orders; document parts usage and work orders;
Monitor equipment performance and minimize downtime; assist production to keep lines running efficiently;
Read and follow SOPs, diagrams, blueprints, and machine schematics; prepare for design improvements and process changes
