As a Multi-Unit Team Leader, you will lead three H&R Block tax offices, managing staff, ensuring excellent client service, and driving office growth. This role involves managing operations, recruiting, coaching, and developing associates, and supporting community involvement. Prior tax experience is not required. You will start part-time in the fall and transition to full-time during tax season, working in-person at multiple locations.

Ideal candidates have experience managing multiple teams, strong decision-making skills, excellent communication, and a customer-centric approach. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, along with successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course.
