Law Clerk Internship Program

Law Clerk at Murray Osorio PLLC – a full‑service immigration law firm located in Arlington, VA. The summer program is a paid 10‑week internship designed for rising 3

Ls, with one week of orientation followed by three 3‑week rotations across our three practice teams:
Affirmative
, Defensive
, and Litigation
. Each rotation offers hands‑on experience with a dedicated mentor and exposure to all aspects of immigration practice.

• Work with attorneys on affidavits, briefs, motions, client communication, and legal research.
• Rotation to gain a broad overview and mastery of each team's focus area.
• Group skills sessions, lunch sessions, and social gatherings to enhance learning and networking.
• Top performers may receive an associate job offer at the end of the summer.

• Assist attorneys in drafting affidavits, briefs, and motions.
• Conduct client research and support communications with clients.
• Participate in team and firm‑wide training sessions.
• Support case preparation for appellate and court filings.

• Current law student in a U.S. law school, anticipated graduation 2027.
• Strong written communication and research skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced legal environment.

Paid internship with a salary range of $80,000–$85,000.00.
