A leading AI solutions provider is seeking a Compliance Training and Enablement Specialist to develop training programs for an ATO Automation Platform. This role requires an active TS/SCI with Poly clearance and strong understanding of federal compliance frameworks. The specialist will conduct workshops, create documentation, and enable teams on compliance automation. The position is based in Maryland but supports customers in the Baltimore/Washington area.

It demands excellent communication skills and a background in technical training.
