Data Analyst, Data Engineer
Job Overview
The Data Analyst II integrates, conforms, profiles and maps data and provides quality assurance oversight (data error detection and correction) on business processes where data is collected, stored, transformed, or used. The role examines complex data to optimize the efficiency and quality of the data being collected, resolves complex data quality problems and collaborates with the business and ETL database developers to improve systems and etablering database design.
Minimum EducationBachelor’s Degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science) – Required
Minimum Work ExperienceRequires deep functional knowledge with 2–4 years of related experience or equivalent experience through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position – Required
Required Skills / Knowledge- Experience with Big Data and Data Processing
- Experience with Data Manipulation and Data Mining
- Experience with C#, Java, Python, SQL and other programming languages; familiarity with programming concepts and tools
- Experience with Agile Software Development practices üst

- Microsoft certifications in Azure
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric
- Interpret and analyze data from multiple sources, including patient, provider and encounters data; proactively identify and assess the business impact of trends.
- Develop, execute, maintain and troubleshoot moderately complex scripts and reports using SQL, Microsoft Excel or other analytics tools.
- Identify and perform root‑cause analysis of data irregularities and present findings and proposed solutions to leadership and/or customers.
- Manage multiple complex and variable tasks and data review processes with limited supervision within targeted timelines and thrive in a demanding, quick‑changing environment Armboard.
- Provide business solution architecture and implementation validation.
- Engage in data profiling and source‑to‑target mapping.
- Work on moderately complex data integration from disparate sources.
- Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how customers interact with analytic products.
- Support multiple functions and levels of the organization and effectively communicate findings and insights to non‑technical business partners verbally and visually.
- Engage with customers and business partners to gather requirements and validate results.
- Present data‑driven insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, soliciting and incorporating feedback when required.
