Position OverviewThe Senior Compensation and Benefits Consultant will provide day-to-day consultation services to HR and management regarding compensation and benefits. Responsibilities include implementing programs, managing compliance, conducting audits, and designing compensation and benefit plans.
Pay RangeBase pay range: $79,289.60/yr - $/yr. Actual pay will depend on skills and experience.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field (required); advanced degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of relevant Compensation & Benefits experience.
- Support union negotiations and visa requests.
- Coordinate health fairs and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal and regulatory changes.
