Job Overview
Adventist Health Care Outpatient Rehabilitation seeks to hire a Therapy Aide/Patient Access Technician for our Rehab Department, who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

Responsibilities- Facilitate patient enrollment in outpatient programs through accurate capture of patient information (clinical and demographic) via electronic and paper means.
- Answer phones and perform scheduling functions courteously and promptly using customer‑centered language.
- Assist therapy team members with the delivery of hands‑on care as directed and instructed.
- Maintain department cleanliness and supplies through cleaning, organizing, stocking, and ordering materials and supplies.
- Participate in tasks such as faxing, scanning, report generation, and other administrative tasks as requested and instructed.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; preferably associate degree in a health‑related field.
- Preferred 1‑2 years experience in a customer‑facing role in healthcare.
- Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Full‑Time Days: Monday‑Friday; some evenings (10am‑7pm).
Salary$19.21 - $24.90.
If the salary range is listed as $0 or the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.
ClassificationUnder the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), this position is classified as: United States of America (Non‑Exempt).
