Overview
Adventist Rehabilitation - Rockville. Adventist Health Care seeks to hire a Pre-Certification RN who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing. This role involves coordinating pre-certification activities and ensuring timely patient care processes.
Responsibilities- Develops treatment programs by setting schedules and routines; coordinating services being provided, including transportation.
- Monitors cases by verifying clients' attendance; observing and evaluating treatments and responses.
- Maintains clients' records by reviewing case notes and logging events.
- Tracks clients' progress by conducting weekly interdisciplinary meetings and evaluations.
- Prepares patient discharge by reviewing discharge plans and coordinating discharge and post-discharge requirements.
- Answers patient questions about their care, treatment plans, illness progression and related issues.
- Monitors and adjusts patient statuses based on changing needs and conditions.
- Provides individual and group counseling to patients and families.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an acute hospital or acute rehabilitation setting
Work Schedule:
Minimum requirement 2 - 8 hours shift per month for coverage.
Pay Range: $71,932.12 - $
If the salary range is not displayed or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.
Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), this position is classified as: United States of America (Exempt)
