Our robust training program allows staff members to develop and grow in the position and provides the basis for upward mobility within the agency.

• Conduct 7–10 intake assessments weekly (based on capacity) for individuals entering OMHC services.
• Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and initial treatment plans in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
• Develop treatment plans for clients receiving prescriber-only services in collaboration with the medical team.
• Perform ad hoc safety/crisis assessments to support non-clinical intake staff, ensuring client safety and appropriate referrals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including prescribers, case managers, and peer support specialists.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology and licensure in the State of Maryland (LCSW-C, LCPC).
• Knowledge of DSM-5 & clinical documentation standards with a commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and person-centered care.
