Schedule:

Monday to Friday. Bonus opportunities: signing bonus. License/Certification: BCBA Certification (Required). Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred).

Work location:

In person.

• Design ABA therapy plans
• Monitor progress and make adjustments on a regular basis
• Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases
• Constantly review clinical reports and session notes
• Write reports outlining data and progress for each client
• Regular communication with parents and caregivers, as well as training
• Coordinate with Director to maintain quality of cases

• BCBA certification given by the BACB
• At least 1 year of experience working with children with autism
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
