What You’ll Do:
  • Provide holistic, one-on-one therapy tailored to residents’ strengths, routines, and preferences.
  • Support residents’ physical, emotional, spiritual, and clinical well-being.
  • Partner with interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
  • Help residents regain mobility, confidence, and independence through personalized treatment plans.
What You’ll Need:
  • Active Physical Therapy license in the State of Maryland.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to complete documentation meeting reimbursement and regulatory standards.
  • Experience working with older adults preferred.
