Radiologic Technologist – X‑Ray Technician (Limited Scope)

We are looking for an experienced X‑Ray Technician to provide radiographic and other diagnostic imaging services and assist providers in the examination and treatment of patients.

• Perform clinical intake including patient medical history, current medications, chief complaint, vital signs, and record information within the electronic medical record.
• Explain treatment procedures and prepare patient and exam room for examination.
• Assist physicians with procedures.
• Perform diagnostic tests (eye exams, EKG, audiogram, spirometry, basic nursing functions).
• Perform CLIA‑waived lab tests, collect labels, and process specimens for send‑out.
• Perform digital x‑rays with proper positioning, shielding, and settings to produce quality images in a compliant, safe manner.
• Document within the medical chart including services rendered, test results, and supplies used.
• Perform patient callbacks, arrange referrals and testing, and schedule follow‑up appointments.
• Perform quality checks on medical equipment as directed/needed.
• Assist registration staff and perform additional clerical duties as necessary.

• High school diploma.
• Current state Radiologic Technologist (RT) license.
• Ability to accurately read and write medical terminology.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts and weekend hours as needed.
• Ability to escort or transport a patient by wheelchair or stretcher when appropriate.
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with electronic medical records.
• Keyboard typing: 25 words per minute with 96% accuracy.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
