Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
- Collect and record session data accurately and consistently
- Support clients with communication, social, play, daily living, and academic skills
- Implement strategies to reduce challenging behaviors
- Follow protocols for behavior management and reinforcement
- Participate in team meetings, training, and supervision sessions
- Communicate progress and challenges with supervising BCBA and families
- Active RBT certification from the BACB (or enrolled in training program)
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
- Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable, patient, and detail-oriented
