National Traveling Occupational Therapist

Location: Silver Spring, Maryland, United States (Travel Position)

About Cranial Technologies: We are the only company in the world completely dedicated to researching, diagnosing, and treating plagiocephaly (flat head syndrome) with over 300,000 babies successfully treated. We also provide Ear Well® for ear shape correction.

Position Overview: Full‑time national traveling occupational therapist based out of Silver Spring, MD, practicing across the United States in a pediatric clinical outpatient setting with infants.

• Travel to any state with a Cranial Technologies clinic; currently 32 states.
• Work Monday–Thursday in the clinic, fly home Thursday evening; home Friday and Saturday.
• Travel weekly to local clinic or another state; ideally close to a major airport.
• Payer travel expenses and receive per diem.
• Build relationships with new families, uptake caseload from another clinician.
• Provide expert evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly and ear shape correction with DOC Band® and Ear Well®.

• Licensed OT.
• 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off‑the‑shelf orthotic devices (splints, braces, maternity belts).

• Visible, measurable changes in 2–3 weeks.
• Direct patient care with minimal paperwork.
