Overview

The Healthcare Account Manager serves as a strategic liaison between 1st Choice and its healthcare clients—including hospitals, clinics, and payers. This role is ideal for a relationship-builder with a passion for service, a sharp eye for growth opportunities, and the ability to navigate the complexities of healthcare delivery with grace and grit.

Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, cultivating long-term partnerships and trust.
  • Sales & Growth: Drive service expansion, identify upsell opportunities, and contribute to revenue goals.
  • Liaison & Communication: Coordinate across internal teams—clinical, billing, and administrative—to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem Resolution: Address client concerns with urgency and professionalism, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client needs and organizational objectives.
Qualifications
  • Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare services, HIPAA compliance, and industry trends.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Proven success in healthcare sales, contract negotiation, and business development.
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM platforms and data analysis tools.

    Collaboration:

    Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field;
    Minimum 3–5 years of experience in account management, client success, or healthcare sales (B2B preferred).
