Clinical Therapist

Weekly outpatient therapy isn't always enough, and a trip to the ER isn't the only answer. Patients and their families rely on Compass Health Center when in crisis – every day, we help people overcome depression, anxiety, suicidality, obsessions/compulsions, trauma, chronic pain, and other obstacles in order for our patients to live freely.

About This Role

As the largest provider of PHP/IOP programs and psychiatric services in Illinois, Compass Health Center is one of the fastest-growing behavioral health organizations in the country. Our clinical roles will work with patients individually, in groups, or with families in our Mood & Anxiety Program, while also offering the opportunity to be cross-trained within our specialty programs and services:
School Refusal, OCD/Complex Anxiety, Trauma, Mental Health and Substance Use.

Who You Are:

• Are passionate about patient care and seeking an environment to work collaboratively with others
• Are a Psychologist or Master’s level therapist
• Have prior experience or interest in working with patients of varying diagnoses including Mood & Anxiety, OCD/Complex Anxiety, Trauma, Mental Health and Substance Use
• Possess a core skill set of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills
• Have prior experience working in partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, inpatient hospital, or residential setting (preferred, not required)
• We are open to candidates with licensure in any of the following regions:
  Maryland, Washington D.C., Virginia

This range includes multiple career path levels across the organization; where you fall in the range is dependent upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, your years of experience, type of experience, location, and education/certifications. Compensation

$60,000 - $105,000 USD
