This is a part‑time role (2–3 days per week) designed for a clinician who values structure, teamwork, and meaningful patient relationships.

• Wednesday is required
• Compensation: $60–$65 per hour , based on experience plus earned bonuses
• Care Model:
  Assisted hygiene model for efficiency and elevated care

• Deliver comprehensive preventive and periodontal care
• Collaborate with a dedicated hygiene assistant to optimize patient flow
• Educate patients clearly on oral‑systemic health and preventive care
• Uphold clinical standards and contribute to a cohesive team environment

• Active Maryland RDH license
• Strong clinical fundamentals and professional chairside presence
• Comfort working in an assisted hygiene model
