Customer Service Focused Role handling Walk‑In Customers, Pulling their orders on the Sales Floor.

• Solution‑oriented, responsible for actively driving a positive customer experience on the sales floor.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
• Respond to customer requests and provide comprehensive follow‑up on account and order details.
• Alleviate customer traffic during peak times to ensure a smooth checkout transaction.
• Check inventory for product availability in the system and in refrigeration coolers.
• Pull orders, verify accuracy of shipping, delivery, or pickup information, paying careful attention to modifications, substitutions, and discrepancies.
• Communicate with warehouse operations, the buying department, and dispatch to ensure order fulfillment.
• Input data and verify order information, discounts, and store credit.
• Respond to product inquiries, offer recommendations, and conduct product searches.
• Assist and support warehouse operations and maintain workspace cleanliness, adhering to workplace safety at all times.
• Collaborate with warehouse operations, purchasing, and dispatch for the execution of holidays and promotional events.
