- Perform day-to-day Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Manager (BM-RAM) administrative activities, including asset setup and preventive maintenance
- Compile and maintain GMP-compliant calibration and maintenance records, ensuring documentation accuracy and completeness
- Provide system and documentation support to BM-RAM users across multiple sites, troubleshooting workflow issues and guiding data entry
- Implement standardized BM-RAM workflows and documentation practices across varied site maturity levels
- Conduct routine data integrity reviews and support internal and external audit activities
- 10+ years of experience in facilities, maintenance, calibration, or GMP operations with regular use of CMMS platforms, or 8+ years with an Associate Degree, or 6+ years with a Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in BM-RAM or equivalent CMMS platforms
- Understanding of GMP documentation requirements and familiarity with regulated environments
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
