Automotive Detailer - Car Washer - Wheaton

Overview

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated Automotive Detailer to join our team. This full‑time position pays $17.65 per hour and is located at 11201 Veirs Mill Rd, Silver Spring, MD 20902.

• Monday 7am‑6pm
• Tuesday 9am‑6pm
• Wednesday (time unspecified)
• Thursday 9am‑6pm
• Friday 7am‑6pm
• Saturday OFF
• Sunday 8am‑12pm

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry‑standard protocols.
• Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exterior; handle cars, vans, and trucks.
• Check fuel level, warning lights, windshield for damage, factory reset vehicle settings, verify customer items, ensure registration is present and matches license plate.
• Check and top off fluid levels; inspect tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; inspect exterior for damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicle.
• Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns; report warning lights and/or damage; pull vehicle out of prep processing as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area; report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and odors.
• Assist customers when needed; may transport customers to and from branches.
• Help maintain overall site appearance: desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping lot, and other general cleaning tasks.

• Seek to improve job performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.

• Valid driver's license.
• Good driving record: no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents in the past three years, no DUI or DWI in the last three years.
• Under 25‑minute commute (rush hour traffic) from the posted location preferred.
• Minimum six (6) consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience.
• At least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without needing future sponsorship.
