Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls effectively, including triaging inquiries and directing them to the appropriate individuals.
- Welcome visitors warmly and assist them by providing accurate information or connecting them with the correct department.
- Resolve conflicts efficiently to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.
- Coordinate office tasks such as sorting and distributing mail, maintaining supplies, and handling administrative duties.
- Ensure the reception area is organized, presentable, and conducive to a welcoming environment.
- Provide support for office coordination activities, including scheduling and communication tasks.
- Utilize multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls with efficiency.
- Maintain a proactive approach to multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Deliver concierge-style services by anticipating and addressing the needs of guests and staff.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow across the office. Requirements - Proven experience in receptionist or front desk coordination roles.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints in a courteous manner.
- Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and answering inbound calls.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented approach with exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
- Competence in handling light administrative duties and office coordination tasks.
