Overview
Executive Administrative Assistant
Currently seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to work in a busy executive level office. The candidate must possess the following technical skills:
- Fully utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
- Able to Manage, Organize, and Navigate Google Drive
- Must have Strong Smartsheet experience
- Manage multiple spreadsheets
- Excellent written communication
- Ability to proofread for spelling/grammar as well as content
The candidate must possess the following professional skills:
- Ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills (collaborate and disseminate information)
- Work in a fast-paced, executive environment
Former military experience is a plus.
QualificationsThe candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive-level office. BS preferred.
Employment DetailsJob Type: Full-time
Salary: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
