The Bilingual Payroll Specialist will handle payroll processing tasks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Daily responsibilities include preparing, calculating, and verifying payroll data, managing employee records, and providing support for inquiries related to payroll and benefits. The role requires clear communication in both English and Spanish. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Silver Spring, MD.

• Strong knowledge of Payroll Processing, Payroll Systems, and payroll compliance
• Proficiency in Accounting and Financial Record-keeping
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with fluency in both English and Spanish
• Attention to Detail and Analytical Thinking
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and maintain confidentiality
• Experience with payroll software and systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
